To ensure transparency and ease of understanding, we have elaborated our Refund / Cancellation Policy below:

Order Processing & Refunds:

  1. You can only cancel your order till it gets processed. If your order has not been processed when you request a cancellation, and you made a prepaid payment for the order, you are eligible for a refund.
  1. Please note that once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy 

Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@changeover.in if you need to cancel your order.

You have a maximum of a 24-hour window from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation. After this period, we won’t be able to process the cancellation request. Please note that this 24-hour is not an assured cancellation window and may decrease depending on how quickly your purchase order is being processed. 

We request you to review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Refund Processing Time:

All refund process typically takes around 15 days from the date we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse. Once the quality check is completed, we will initiate the refund process.

Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Issues Related to Misprinting / Damaged / Defective Product:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a product with misprinting, damages, or defects,  we will initiate a replacement or refund. Please reach out to our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We may arrange for a return pickup and will require relevant evidence, such as photographs/unboxing videos, to facilitate the resolution promptly. Additional Notes:

  1. To cancel an order or request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Make sure to provide the necessary order details for a smoother process.
  1. For items that are eligible for a refund or exchange only due to misprinting, damages, or defects, we may arrange for a return pickup or request you to send the product back to us. We will cover any applicable shipping costs in such cases.
